Michele Julie Ansermet Papadopoulos is a famous artist born in France in 1947 from a Swiss father and a French mother. She studied in the best Art School of Paris. She started her studies with a three year course in porcelain painting, she continued in “Académie Charpentier” for another two years and in “ENSAD, Ecole Nationale Supérieur des Arts Décoratifs” de Paris for a further four years. After many years she spent one year in ENSBA of Paris, whilst at the same time she was working in the evenings at ADAC for engraving and icons. She also worked for three and half years at “Académie de Port Royal” and for two years at “Atelier Beaux Arts de Paris”. She has also the luck to study next to varous famous artists such as: Yves Bryer, Despierre, Maxime Old, Jean Maxime Relang , Arlette Le More, Olivier Di Pizio and Gonzalo Belmonte. Michele Julie is married to a Cypriot husband, and she leaves in Paphos, Cyprus for the last 27 years. The last few years she spent some time in Paris, where her son is studying architecture. She has exhibited in France, Belgium, USA, Syria, Lebanon, Japan and China, where she is at the moment. She was in the Senate of Beijing, China in April 2010. In Tianjin Museum, China in May 2010 and in Oriental Media Canter, China in June 2010. At the end of May 2010, she will participate at the: Open Studio of Ateliers de Belleville in Paris. In November 2010 she will participate at the exhibition “Art en Capital au Grand Palais des Champs Elysées, Salon du Dessin et de la Peinture à L'eau”. Michele Julie loves colours and movement and she is a very good designer. The subject of her present painting exhibition in China is based on the Cyprus political situation.
