Aelita Theodosiou was born in Latvia on 15 November, 1981. She was interested in art since she was at the elementary school. After completed her secondary school studies in 2000, Aelita studied psychology and health at Liepaja Pedagogic Academy. During that period she worked as waitress in cafes and restaurants. In 2004 she relocated to Cyprus where she married to Elias Theodosiou. When in Cyprus, Aelita has taken painting lessons and she started using oil paints and acrylic colours. Aelita also loves photography and many of her art work is based on her photos. She considers herself as an impressionist. She paints landscape, abstract and portraits, modern art, seascape and still life. Aelita has exhibited in Nicosia, Cyprus and Lithrodontas village, where she currently leaves and work.
